Monday 14th May marks the start of mental health awareness 2018 & the mental health foundation have chosen to focus on stress this year. Research shows that 2 thirds of us will experience a mental health problem in our lifetime and stress is a key factor involved. With this in mind we are doing lots of sessions on Mindfulness next which is an excellent tool to help people to manage and cope with stress in their daily lives. We are hosting a mindfulness learning lunch at Trinity Allsaints university in Leeds, delivering practical mindfulness sessions for the staff at BBC yorkshire and promoting mindfulness in the workplace for an insurance company in Leeds too.
